Exhibitor must complete this application - contract and send it no later than the deadline mentioned in the application - contract.
The distribution and selection of space will be given to members of BATA, then the order of receipt.
The exhibitor be allowed to transfer all or part of leased land to third parties without the consent of the Organizer.
Written requests for reduction of the confirmed space and stands or failure will be accepted if received no later than 30 days before the opening of the exhibition. After this period, exhibitors must pay the entire cost of the area applied for, whether or not you will enjoy the area. Organizer will publish details of any exhibitor in the official exhibition catalog of additional services and equipment provided by the organizers are described in separate form, application for construction and equipment.

ORGANIZER is not responsible for failures occurring during working hours at the exhibition. The materials used for building and arrangement should not be flammable. Exhibitor is entitled to receive instructions necessary fire protection measures.

The exhibitor to offer the following services, subject to prior written requests to 10.04. 2012

EXHIBITOR use rented area between 8-12 May 2012.

• Installation of stands by outside companies - 1-7 May 2012.

• Accommodation of May 6-7 May 2012 from 8.00 to 18.00.

• Official press conference May 8 2012 from 10:00

• Grand Opening - May 8, 2012 - 11:00.

• Opening hours for visitors 8-12 in May 2012 from 10.00 to 18.00,

• May 12, 2012 from 10.00 to 16.00.

• Opening hours for exhibitors 8-12 May 2012 from 09.00 to 19.00 hours.

• Release of the occupied area May 13, 2012 from 08.00 to 18.00.

• Dismantling May 12-15, 2012 from 08.00 to 18.00 hours
